We are thrilled to welcome Kristy King as director of career development.
Kristy is a lifelong resident of Williamson County and has been in the real estate profession since 2012. Prior to earning her real estate license, King worked in medical technology for several years and then transitioned into special education for Williamson County Schools. After growing in her position as a real estate agent, King has spent the last two and a half years coaching other agents in their performance goals and productivity.
As the director of career development for RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group, Kristy will target and hire new agents, build rapport with current agents and develop strategies to take their performance to the next level. She will coach, train and mentor agents to set goals and hold them accountable in order to achieve success.
“It is with great excitement that we welcome Kristy King to our team as director of career development,” said Lawrence Lipman, owner and president of RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group. “Kristy brings compassion and attention to detail to all that she does, which will aid her in building strong relationships with the Lipman Group agents and team members.”
King has been awarded several customer service awards, and she plans to carry this strength into her career with
RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group. Her passion for teaching allows her to walk alongside clients and agents and coach them during the buying and selling process.
Outside of her profession, King enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, one a graduate of Western Kentucky University and the other a sophomore at Mississippi State University. Her family can be found cheering on the Nashville Predators and the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
